By downloading or using Jyotishka you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Jyotishka provides Vedic astrology birth charts, dasha timelines and AI-assisted interpretation for personal, cultural and educational purposes. The service is operated by Samit Singh.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or above and that the information you provide is accurate.
Jyotishka is for guidance and cultural reflection only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice. You rely on the content entirely at your own risk. Jyotishka does not predict fixed outcomes.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jyotishka.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
Premium features require an active subscription, billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.
You may not use Jyotishka to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape or extract data from the service; (c) resell or redistribute charts or AI outputs commercially without our written permission; (d) impersonate another person or entity.
The Jyotishka app, brand, design and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your birth data and the charts generated from it belong to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyotishka and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological guidance.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via in-app alert.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
